The pancake maker at breakfast was a good surprise, with fresh and tasty options offered in a clean dining area. Staff were genuinely helpful and cheerful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the freeway. The internet was occasionally unstable and there was some initial confusion during check-in that could be improved. A solid stay with minor issues.

Loud air condtioner kept us up, bed very uncomfortable!

Location was very close to our meeting point for a very early fishing trip on the d Sacto river

The Halls and office really smelled of curry....thank goodness the rooms did not!

The room was spacious with comfortable seating. The staff greeted us warmly and assisted with any inquiries we had during our two-night stay. I particularly enjoyed the pancake maker at breakfast which added a fun twist! The clean dining area elevated our meal experience.

The location scores points for being within easy walking distance to a few dining spots, including a Mexican place and a coffee chain. Had solid breakfast options like hot eggs and waffles.

The bed felt uncomfortably firm, causing poor sleep, a letdown after a long drive. The room condition left something to be desired, with loose fixtures, particularly the sink which seemed unstable and pulled away from the wall. Confusing check-in procedures alongside having to deal with a language barrier made for a rough start.

Room was dirty. My back ached for two days after sleeping on hard mattress. So-called breakfast was not replenished.

You get what you pay for-----not much. I will never stay at a Super 8 again.

The room was absolutely perfect and updated with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Separate bathroom was clean. The location of the hotel was great - relatively near Willows Museum. And we were close enough to other facilities and other chain restaurants and Starbucks and a number of other chain restaurants.

the shower pressure was a bit low , but the staff was super friendly and got us checked in fast. the breakfast had fresh waffles, and the room was clean with a nice fridge and microwave.

First room was not made up, ready for occupancy. Poor continental breakfast. Did not replenish coffee in room for second day.

Super 8 was a comfortable place to stay, with all the necessary amenities for those travelling (bedding, towels, fridge, tv). As a traveller on vacation with a full day's drive ahead, having breakfast provided made our morning convenient and efficient, helping us get on the road in good time. Super 8 was the most cost effective hotel I could locate and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of amenities and services for the price.

The staff was very polite and courteous.

Got large and newly remodelled room with 3 queen beds as expected, enjoyed it

No Shampoo / no plastic liner for ice bucket / staff seems to be unorganized - took a long time to find my reservation / facilities are not the cleanest

Ask for an early check-in if you're arriving tired. The staff is accommodating and it can really help you relax after a long drive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was very clean, quiet & safe.

No closet -- there was a bar and hangars, but it was directly above the TV so there was no room underneath for anything to hang down. If the furniture was re-arranged I don't think that would be a problem. It just seemed very odd to have something but not be able to use it.
